Our Team

Ben Thomas

Ben Thomas

CEO / CFO

Realizing the growing need for such a company, Ben founded PC ASSISTANCE in 1994 with the desire to provide a higher quality of computer technical and training services for individuals and small businesses. His approach was based on genuine care and honesty towards the customer, which proved to be highly successful. Thanks to his vision, PC ASSISTANCE was able to grow exponentially in a short period of time, driven primarily by customer referrals. His strong background in sales and customer relations continues to guide our company, ensuring that as we grow, we consistently set a standard of excellence in our industry.

Ben's primary focus is in company administration, finance, and staff leadership.

An Arkansas native, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife Delynn and two sons, Alan and Taylor, flying his airplane and playing guitar, bass and drums for his church.

Ted Clouser

Ted Clouser

Executive Vice President

Filling a much-needed position, Ted came to PC ASSISTANCE in 1996. Teds potential became immediately apparent -- his intense drive, dedication, and an uncommon ability to manage an incredible number of situations at the same time. Ted continues to wear more hats than seems possible, and is the glue that holds much of our company together.

Until 2001, Ted's primary focus was WANs, NT Servers, Cisco equipment and a long range of diverse issues. Since 2001, his role has shifted into a business development and management position. He places very few limits on what he is willing to take on in order to improve his skills and benefit the needs of his customers. You can feel confident that if Ted tells you he is going to do something, it will be done in a timely and efficient manner.

In 2005, Ted developed our managed services solution known as IT Assurance. A multi-tiered solution, IT Assurance has been instrumental in helping the company take our services and exposure to a new level.

Born in Central Pennsylvania, Ted moved to Arkansas a few weeks before joining our company. As a strong believer in family values, Ted enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys a "good round of golf". Ted was selected as "40 Under 40" by Arkansas Business in 2013 and currently serves at President of the Top25 Business Club.  Ted has previously served as an elder at Fellowship North as well as serving on the board of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers Big Sisters.  In 2017, Ted was selected as one of "Little Rock's Finest" by Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Arkansas.
