Since that time, they've performed several server upgrades, Windows migrations, workstation replacements and have served as our IT Department from an external capacity. Since 2001, PC ASSISTANCE has been assisting us with our IT needs. As our needs have grown and additional offices have come online, our firm needed to add a full time IT administrator. PC ASSISTANCE was cooperative and assisted in making that transition and continues to work with the IT administrator to assure uptime, performance and sound technology. In October 2002, we purchased 34 Premio custom built systems and have had problem-free computing with the units.
