His approach was based on genuine care and honesty towards the customer, which proved to be highly successful. Thanks to his vision, PC ASSISTANCE was able to grow exponentially in a short period of time, driven primarily by customer referrals. Filling a much-needed position, Ted came to PC ASSISTANCE in 1996. Teds potential became immediately apparent -- his intense drive, dedication, and an uncommon ability to manage an incredible number of situations at the same time. Ted continues to wear more hats than seems possible, and is the glue that holds much of our company together.

He places very few limits on what he is willing to take on in order to improve his skills and benefit the needs of his customers. You can feel confident that if Ted tells you he is going to do something, it will be done in a timely and efficient manner.
In 2005, Ted developed our managed services solution known as IT Assurance. A multi-tiered solution, IT Assurance has been instrumental in helping the company take our services and exposure to a new level.
Born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, Ted moved to Arkansas a few weeks before joining our company. As a strong believer in family values, Ted enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys a "good round of golf". Ted serves as an elder at Fellowship North, and is on the board of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers Big Sisters
